Often times I'm primed with something I'm excited to share with you all — something I hope adds value to your life.

I don't feel very prepared for that right now, but I wanted to show up and publish an article for you all. This will be my 120th week sharing an article in a row.

Every workout at the gym won't be our best ever, sometimes it's just about the act of having made it to the gym — even when you didn't feel like it or didn't think you could.

This certainly won't be my best article, but I owed it to you and to myself to honor the commitment I've made.

Let's all show up and honor our commitments, even when we're not at full strength and even when we don't feel like it.
